These terms apply to the Tagzo app and the pages at tagzo.wdlab.app, provided by Workaholic Developers.
Using Tagzo
- Tagzo helps finders contact owners of lost items. It does not guarantee that anything will be found or returned, or that a message or notification will be delivered.
- Medical ID tags show the information you choose to make public. They are not a substitute for professional medical identification or emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- Keep your backup code safe. Anyone with it can restore your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tagzo to harass, spam, scam or threaten anyone, to publish other people's personal information without their consent, or to break the law. We may block finder sessions, disable tags or delete accounts that are misused, and we may share information with authorities when the law requires it.
Content
You are responsible for what you write on your tags and in messages. Finders are responsible for what they send.
Printed tags and shop orders
Print-your-own PDFs are free. If the sticker shop is available, prices are shown in Indian rupees including taxes; delivery times are estimates. Physical goods that arrive damaged are replaced. Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments.
Pro
Tagzo Pro features are free for everyone at launch. If that changes, the app will say so clearly before anything is charged.
Liability
Tagzo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Workaholic Developers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the loss of an item.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
